This hotel exceeded our expectations, providing better service than most 3-star hotels we've stayed in before. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area, allowing us easy access to all the city attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were equipped with shared kitchens, making it convenient for preparing meals. The beds were excellent, offering maximum comfort for a good night's sleep. Another great feature was the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the view.
There was not a single aspect that needed improvement, everything was perfect!

During my Xmas stay, the hotel's perfect location was one of the best aspects. The beautiful decor of the rooms combined with an amazing view of the city made my holiday very special. The hospitable staff were also a pleasure to interact with, providing attentive service and helpful tips to explore the city, including great local restaurants and attractions.
The unpleasant noise from the street and the bar next door was one of the worst aspects of my stay. The loud music made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The room was clean, spacious and cozy, with a small fridge and a coffee machine. the location was great, right in the heart of downtown, close to supermarkets and restaurants. the staff was friendly and attentive, and they even sent me a text message during my stay to check if everything was alright. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary sweets in the common space, which made my xmas stay even more special.
There were some noise from nearby events, but the hotel provided ear plugs, so it wasn't a big deal. the bathroom could have been cleaner, as there were some mold, but it didn't affect my overall experience.
